The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) requires that all reinstatement fees and holds be lifted prior to the reinstatement of a license that is “ineligible.” Below are some important information to help you get your license reinstated.

Compliance Documents: If you are required to send in documents to have your license reinstated, i.e., insurance, SR-22 insurance, drug class attendance proof, etc., mail those documents to:

Remember to include your a copy of your suspension notice, if available. Make sure your payment includes your contact information, including your Driver’s License number so your payment can properly credited:
